During Tashkeel’s Design Programme, Kinetic Khoos is a series of khoos (palm frond weaving) that ulitizes mechanisms of motion and kinetic art to create functional objects. Here Khoos is used to change outdated perceptions of traditional craft and shift the conversation from what these materials are to what they can do.
